and during the day....
...and at the beach.....We went west to viña del mar to be welcomed by mauricio ( a rad chilian fellow who nick met through steve in nz) he´s a man of knowledge...truly knows his heritage, a tour guide one might say...he overwhelmed us with his stories, bloated us with his bread and avocados, introduced us to all members of the family including the high and mighty grandma, a tiny lady but oh so powerful. truly an awesome man...one I plan to see again before i depart. Valparasio was hmmmm..... too be continued.... after breakfast.. its 1:07 am BUT i (helli) has to mention something..well actually i have to announce i had RAW FISH... ceviche and it was yum !!!!!!!!!! so i had raw fish and nick cooked his legs..because how should a kiwi not know about the missing ozone above... what a dork .. so to continue from the previous email valparasio...unique! plenty of cable cars!! Dominates wellington, actually the architecture of some particular streets were suprisingly similar to that of wellington, just not maintained as well. no hablo español.... that is why we went to see a brasilian movie with spanish subtiltes.. .makes total sense right,... all we can say is.that it is a reaallllly nice theatre and quite an interesting movie. about what... hmmmmmmm...corruption :) the highlight of the film was when the actors + director came out after the film. but at least now we know how to call someone a son of a bitch in spanish "hijo de puta". the biggest achievement that night was making it all the way into town and back all by ourselfs. we didn´t even got lost...not even nick!!. only made friend with a stray dog, because obviously stray dogs just love nick.( actually all animals) i wonder why?
